Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
We will take on average 3-4 business days to process your order, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Shipping times vary depending on location. Shipping could be delayed due to covid 19.
In some instances, handling charges, delivery/freight charges and restocking charges may be applied. For clients located in distant/faraway locations, in specific cases where shipping rates exceed the flat rate set by us, we will notify you of the new changes and new pricing through email.
In the case of shipping companies adjusting rates and our website not reflecting the latest rates, we will notify you through email as well.
RETURNS
If you receive a defective Product, we offer you the possibility to return for a full refund. We take each instance by a case by case basis and we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund. We do not offer exchanges. If an INOKIBOX Product must be returned, it must be in resalable condition and then a new INOKIBOX Product will be sent).You can return your INOKIBOX product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
You have a period of 14 calendar days from delivery to request to return an item. This time period runs from date of delivery of the INOKIBOX Products to you. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, it will be extended to the following working day.
How to request a return
To request a return, please access your account on the Website and go to the “Orders” section. You only need to click on return merchandise on our Website by scrolling to Product History on your Account page. You may also consider filling out a Reach Out to Us form that will be available on our Contact page. Our Customer Service Representative will handle the return process and issue you a return authorization number that you will note on your parcel. No credit refund will be issued if the merchandise is returned without an authorization number.
When you have purchased your Order using the guest checkout, you may request a return by clicking on the Order tracking link provided in the confirmation email received after placing your Order. Once having requested your return through the Website (upon our approval), you may return the Products. You must return the INOKIBOX Products to us in their original packaging, complete with accessories, notice, labels, etc. and a copy of the Order invoice.
We will inform you on how to return your products through email, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to us.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation, once the Product has been accepted for return and reimbursement executed. Only the person that placed the original Order can initiate a return and a return cannot be initiated by another party that received the original Order (i.e., in the case of a gift). No reimbursement will be provided for any INOKIBOX Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or that have been used or worn. INOKIBOX Products in such condition will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it ships. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Express shipping, just 12 hours for Standard shipping, or once the listing ends (whichever comes first). Once your order has gone to ship, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 14 calendar days to address any concerns you have.
Digital products: Digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed. For customers located in the UK/EU, digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download has begun. Please see our Terms of Service for more information. Pre-sale orders: Pre-sale product orders cannot be canceled after the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.
Face mask / Neck Gaiter orders: These items are final sale items and cannot be returned for safety reasons. If your face mask or gaiter is defective in any way, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.
Gift Returns/Exchanges: We understand that gift-giving can be a complex art. If you’ve ordered or received a Inokibox product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies will apply.
Refunds
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 3-5 business days.
Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.
